  • Real-time crypto wallet screening against global sanctions lists
  • Know Your Transaction (KYT) analytics
  • Sanctions and PEP screening
  • Travel Rule compliance solutions

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including UAE virtual asset regulations.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Evasion of sanctions or international regulations
  • Any illegal activities under UAE law
  • Attempting to compromise our security systems

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be suspended for maintenance or updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

AML Check FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AML Check FZCO from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AML Check FZCO and protected by international intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and the United Arab Emirates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
